MHFA is an eight-hour training and certification on skills to help person(s) who are developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training demonstrates the initial help given to a person showing signs of mental health illness or a mental health crisis. Our goal is to give you the tools and knowledge you need to respond with confidence in a mental health or substance use crisis. Let's make Mental Health First Aid as common as CPR.
